Yosemite was amazing. More than just the physical beauty of it and the peacefulness of the snow, it was so nice to have all 9 of my family members there because that's what I wanted for my birthday. This was the first entire family trip since Kaua'i when I was five. I loved having Brian and Matt there (my boy cousins who currently live on the East Coast), and I loved sharing a room with Tía and Alex and Ella. It was so cozy and rustic.
I love lodges in general...it's like nothing could go wrong in them.
I woke up Tuesday morning after having a dream about the show, and I was really anxious/nervous. Legitimately to the point that I felt really sick. But after tonight's practice, I am totally reassured. The band was great, the singers were great -- everything was great. We have two more practices before we perform on Saturday for the other casts, then two more before the REAL SHOW. It's pretty scary, but I think it will be so fun.
Anyway, I'm in the midst of making a video. Kind of about Yosemite. Kind of not. I'll post it.
