I never realized how much I love weddings--I guess because Katie's was only the second one I've been to. Plus, theirs was especially beautiful...they met in a poetry class at college, and so a lot of poetry/prose was incorporated throughout. Carol read a piece she'd written as a toast, and it made me cry so much.
I started crying as soon as I saw Katie walking with Jeff. And even more when Nick started crying when he was trying to talk.
I kept saying to my mom, "I can't wait to get married."
And I do mean that, not in the sense that I want to just jump to that point in my life, skipping everything in between, but just that it seems so wonderful to imagine myself finally having found "that guy." I wonder if I will meet him in college.

I guess it's a reception mix? :)
Anyway, I've had a bit of work to do today. Spanish presentation, reading Mrs. Dalloway (eww), etc. I couldn't go to Sunday Friends. It's very windy. I love this weather. Youth group tonight, potentially. Or may just take one Sunday off for once in my life.
Listening to Sinatra/Fitzgerald/old jazz.
I JUST REALIZED I GET OUT AT 1:40 TOMORROW. AND NO SCHOOL NEXT MONDAY.
YESSSSSSS
